Important Note

Special instructions:
1.    Do not share tube. 
2.    Patients on Cystagon are collected 5-6 hrs after their last dose. 
3.    Patients on Procysbi should have sample collected right before their dose. 
4.    Date and time of last 2 doses of medication are required-- fill out this information on the requisition and send with specimen. 
5.    Send to lab ASAP after draw; sample must be refrigerated within 1 hour of collection.
