COLLECTOR INFORMATION: DRAW 3 5.0mL SST TUBES
Collection Volume: 5.0 mL (1.0 mL minimum) DRAW 3 TUBES!!
Storage Instructions:
LABORATORY USE ONLY:
Test volume: 4.0 mL ( 2.0 mL ) serum. Pour off Two 2.0 mL aliquots of serum and freeze.
On-campus collections: Tube to 99 or deliver to University Extension Hospital Room EH318.
Send in plastic vial, Frozen
**Note to Referral Testing: Leave one aliquot in the Referral Testing freezer for correlation.
Off-campus collections:
Centrifuge and aliquot within 2 hours.
Specimen to be stored/transported at Frozen temp.
