Submission Container/Tube: Plastic vial

Specimen Volume: 0.5 mL Serum

Collection Instructions:

1. Allow specimen to clot for 30 minutes at room temperature.

2. Centrifuge for 15 minutes at 1000 x g.

3. Aliquot 0.5 mL serum into a plastic vial.

4. Send frozen.
