50 mg: 685.2 ng/mL (range, 663.2 to 707.2)
Interpretation
In a study of 1691 patients taking apixaban, doses ranging from 2.5 mg twice a day to 20 mg once a day, apixaban plasma concentrations ranged from 1 to 933 ng/mL, with a median value of 105 ng/mL.
