Shipping/Handling Instructions:

On-campus collections: Tube to 99 or deliver to University Extension Hospital Room EH318. Testing is performed at Esoterix Endocrinology Laboratory: ES#500255. Transfer the serum into a LabCorp PP transpak frozen purple tube with screw cap (please submit separate frozen specimens for each test requested), Frozen.

Off-campus collections:

Centrifuge and aliquot within 2 hours. Specimen to be stored/transported frozen.
