MUSC Outpatients - Order Epic Test Code O261970 Sweat Chloride Panel (Referral and Test). Lab Client Services will contact the patient/guardian to schedule the appointment for collection .
Non-MUSC Providers and Inpatients - Call Lab Client Services at 843-792-0707 to schedule.
An MUSC Laboratory Services Sweat Chloride Information Sheet and Hydration Guidelines must be provided to the patient or patient’s guardian to ensure adequate patient preparation.

Outpatient: Tuesdays & Wednesdays by appointment only.
Inpatient: Wednesdays by appointment only.
