Container: Plain 24 hour urine jug with no preservative. Refrigerate specimen during collection.
Volume: 24 hr urine – entire collection
Stability:
Refrigerate 24 hour urine during collection period.
Refrigerated (preferred): 1 Week
Frozen: 2 Weeks
Turn Around Time (TAT):
STAT: 1 HOUR
Routine: 4 HOURS
