Test Code LAB2659 Estradiol
Notes:
Abbott Diagnostics has confirmed that the drugs Fulvestrant (Faslodex) and Mifepristone (Mifeprex) may interfere with the ALINITY Estradiol assay leading to falsely elevated estradiol results. Patients undergoing either of these drug therapies should be tested using a different method. Contact Lab Client Services at 843-792-0707 to arrange testing by another method.
