Notes:
The laboratory will automatically reflex to an Immunofixation Electrophoresis if abnormal protein bands are suspected. A 24 hr urine collection is preferred, but a random specimen of at least 10 mL is acceptable.

Container: 24 hr Urine - Plain 24 hour urine jug with no preservative. Refrigerate specimen during collection.
