Collection:

Fresh Peripheral Blood
    2 mL in EDTA tube minimum.
    Store specimen ambient for same day shipment for next day delivery
    If same day shipment is not an option, store specimen refrigerated until shipment for next day delivery.  Fresh specimens should be received at Adaptive within 5 days of collection.
 
Fresh Bone Marrow Aspirate
    1 mL in EDTA tube minimum
    Do NOT send syringes
    If same day shipment is not an option, store specimen refrigerated until shipment for next day delivery.  Fresh specimens should be received at Adaptive within 5 days of collection.
 

Storage Instructions:

Ship same day to Adaptive Biotechnologies.  
 
Specimens should be received within 5 days of collection.
 
On-campus collections:  Tube to 99 or deliver to University Extension Hospital Room EH318
 
Off-campus collections:  Specimen to be stored/transported at Room Temp if sent same day.  If sent after same day, then store Refrigerated.
