Grossly Hemolyzed, Grossly Icteric or Grossly Lipemic specimens
On-campus collections: Tube to 99 or deliver to University Extension Hospital Room EH318 
Transfer the serum/plasma into a LabCorp PP transpak frozen purple tube with screw cap (LabCorp ID 49482).
FREEZE immediately and maintained frozen until tested
 
Off-campus collections: 
Centrifuge and aliquot within 2 hours.
