Testing must be performed within 24 hours of collection

No Weekend collection.

Samples may be collected anytime Monday-Thursday, and samples collected Friday must be received in the laboratory by 4 PM.

Specimen: Blood 

Container: Lavender Top Tube. 

 

Specimen Volume: Minimum 1 mL (vacutainer tube)

 

Pediatric Collection: Lavender Microtainer Tube filled to 500 uL (Minimum 250 uL).

Storage Instructions:

Send to lab as soon as possible after collection. 

Storage: Room Temperature.

Turnaround Time (TAT):

Results reported in 24 hours

Test Availability:

Monday – Friday, 7:30am- 5:00pm
