Notes:

Contact Lab if patient is currently on ATG, ALG or OKT3 therapy.

Collection:

Specimen: Blood Container: Plain Red Top Tube. Do not use Serum Separator Tube. Volume: Adult: 1 tube (10 mL draw/tube); Pediatric: 1 tube (at least 3 mL)

Storage Instructions:

Keep specimen at room temperature. Do not centrifuge. Send specimen by overnight delivery room temperature.

Turnaround Time (TAT):

10 days

Test Availability:

Monday – Friday. Specimen must be in lab by 8:00am each day.

Assay:

Adult: 1 tube (7 mL draw/tube); Pediatric: 1 tube (3 mL draw/tube)
