Collection:

Specimen: Blood

Container: Lavender Top Tube or Yellow Sol. A ACD

Volume: Adult: 1 tube (4 mL draw/tube); Pediatric: 1 tube (at least 3 mL in a 4 ml draw tube)

Storage Instructions:

Keep specimen at room temperature. Do not centrifuge. Send specimen by overnight delivery room temperature.

Turnaround Time (TAT):

Results reported within 5 days
