Not Detected
Interpretive Data:
The Alinity m BK Virus (BKV) assay utilizes real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) to amplify and detect BKV genomic DNA in plasma specimens. The
linear range of the assay is 50-1,000,000,000 IU/mL.
Not Detected: BKV DNA is not detected.
< 50 IU/mL: The amount of BKV DNA is detectable but below the lower limit of quantitation of the assay (50 IU/mL).
50-1,000,000,000 IU/mL: BKV DNA was detected within the linear range of the assay and will be reported as a value.
> 1,000,000,000 IU/mL: The amount of BKV DNA is detectable but above the upper limit of quantitation of the assay (1,000,000,000 IU/mL)
